Once you’ve sent your photos and accepted the preliminary estimate we’ll contact you to schedule an appointment. We meet customers at an art gallery in Webster Groves. A 50% deposit is due at this time. The balance is due upon completion. Please wrap your item securely as we will be transporting it to our studio. We’ll send you a work order within a few days.
The turnaround time is typically between four and twelve weeks though it can be longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the job, cure times and the amount of jobs in the studio at the time. We strive to provide a quick turnaround time without compromising quality.
Please note: We’re typically not at the gallery unless it’s for a customer appointment therefore PLEASE CALL if you can’t make your appointment or will be running late. Not doing so takes us away from our studio work unnecessarily and disrupts our schedule.
